    I did a lighter version of War Frank cause we have a vball tourney this weekend – I did 10 muscle ups and the rest RX’d for 2 rounds.

    Couldn’t mentally focus today. My brain was telling me it was going to be hard before the workout started, then proceeded to remind me after every clean, burpee, and squat. Maybe my body thinks it’s already on vacation :) .

    Tough workout but on the brighter side, I did my FIRST pull-up today!! Yippeeeee!
