Workout of the Day:

“Eva”

Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing (70 pounds for guys 53 pounds for girls), 30 reps
30 Pull-ups

    Did 4 rounds of 800 M plus 50 squats = 11:34
    Thought this would be pretty easy….it wasn’t! My body does not want to cooperate these days….

    5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 air squats
    10 115lbs thrusters
    7 rounds

    even with that sub – I am still recovering and its been over 2hrs!!

    Bonus: No tape on the pull-ups and my hands didn’t break.

    800m
    kettleball swings @ 20lbs – 30 reps
    Pull ups (assisted)- 30 reps.

    in pain everywhere after day 3 of CF:)
