Workout of the Day:

Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups

12Handstand push-ups

10 Burpee pull-ups

Ideally, the pull-up bar is one foot above your reach.

    Wow, that sucked! Sometime in the past few weeks I forgot how to do muscle-ups!?!?! Back to the drawing board…

    35:34 – RX sub for muscle ups being 14 RX kipping pull ups and 7 RX ring dips
    Did HSPU’s to 1 ab mat
    Did 1 foot burpee pull ups

    That was really tough…arms and shoulders are dead.

    sub 14 PUs and 7 ring dips
    sub 115 lbs shoulder press
    (with a ‘tip toe jerk’ on a few)
    Lots of fun and I felt strong
