Tabata Squat

Tabata Pull-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Push-up
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Sit-up
The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.
* If you want to and can Rx it, you can do the 100M handstand walk.

46 – subbed rowing for pullups and one arm kettle bell swings for pushups

Once again sit-ups and push-ups are my nemesis! I think I could have improved on the row and squat, but the first round seemed the hardest to get the reps out quickly.

Those pushups destroyed me….everything else was pretty well as expected.

Gamed the row, push-ups, and sit-ups right (maybe could have squeezed in one more sit-up), but was a bit overreaching on the squats and pull-ups early. Still a PR though.

49 RX – think it was 5 row, 20 squat, 5 pull ups, 6 push ups and 13 sit ups.

4-3(sub squats for extra row)-4-5-12 = 28
Could have gone for one more on the push-ups and second set of rows got messed up on the first round :/
