What is your favorite WOD/Exercise? Snatch or Power Clean
What is your least favorite WOD/Exercise? Overhead squats
What is your previous workout/athletic background? Growing up I played futbol (my daughter would be upset if I called it soccer) and I was a skier.
What was your first experience at CrossFit Cayman like? I had just recovered from ACL surgery so was a bit tentative. Tarasa, Matt and Nathan were very attentive to this and guided me to a full recovery.
What results have you seen since CrossFitting? I’ve been exercising or involved in athletics throughout my life and CF has been the most effective. If you fully commit including diet, sleep, etc. you will see incredible results.
What do you do to get yourself through a tough workout (mental thoughts, tips and tricks, etc.)? If its a complex movement I try to simplify it and focus on only one or two aspects of the movement. It is tough physically I’ll try to match up with someone who is a bit faster, stronger, etc. and try to stay with them.
What’s your favorite aspect about working out at CrossFit Cayman? Mental therapy.
What advice do you have for someone thinking about joining CrossFit Cayman? Do it. You won’t regret it.
