Group Training classes are an hour long and led by a CrossFit Cayman coach.
The coach will take the class through a series of mobility drills, dynamic warm-ups, skill work, and the Workout of the Day.
The workouts are constantly varied (different everyday) and focus on functional movements (no machines) performed at a high intensity.
All workouts can be scaled to suit varying fitness levels and individual needs.
