How long have you been CrossFitting? 4.5 years, I think (but by the way I do certain things, sometimes it looks like it is my first month)

 

What is your favorite WOD/Exercise? Anything involving pull-ups, double-unders, and cleans. Chipper-style workouts are my fav (I find it mentally easier haha).

 

What is your least favorite WOD/Exercise?  Snatches and long runs (and 1 mile for me is long - I still haven't felt the after-run endorphins people talk about).

 

What is your previous workout/athletic background?  Just regular gym and functional training.

 

What was your first experience at CrossFit Cayman like? I felt very welcomed since day one. The coaches were extremely knowledgeable and patient, and the environment, in general, was cool.

 

What results have you seen since CrossFitting? I think the results are more related to my mindset than anything. Challenging myself daily and seeing the improvements (even if they are slow) is rewarding. Everything else is just a plus.

 

What do you do to get yourself through a tough workout (mental thoughts, tips and tricks, etc.)? I always remember that 10-25 minutes of workouts won't kill me, even if sometimes it feels like death. 

 

What's your favorite aspect about working out at CrossFit Cayman? The members are friendly, coaches are knowledgeable, and workouts are fun – it's a good way to start my day well.

 

What advice do you have for someone thinking about joining CrossFit Cayman? Don't feel intimidated, and give it a try! Crossfit is a very welcoming community :)
